Refund policy

We offer a 30-day guarantee, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a refund. We're confident you'll love our balm!

To begin the refund process, please email us at jack@bonemadeskin.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of why you weren't satisfied. We’ll do our best to make it right. If, after that, you're still not satisfied, we'll issue a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at jack@bonemadeskin.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.


Exchanges 
We currently do not offer exchanges for balms since once they have been opened and touched then they become contaminated and not eligible for resale. Please see our 30-Day Guarantee information above if you are not satisfied with your purchase or contact us at jack@bonemadeskin.com. 


Refunds
If a refund is approved and then issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
